Steve wins 3rd place at the International Brotherhood of Magicians Close-Up magic competition. As well as this prestigious award, Steve was also awarded the ‘Rovi’ trophy for the best sleight of hand card magic in the competition. Steve is the first person ever to win both awards at the same time
January 2006
Steve was flown out to Paris (France) to film a section of his YMotY act for France's number one TV Show 'Le Plus Grand Cabaret Du Monde'. Described as having an 'enchanting stage presence', there is the chance Steve could be returning in the future with one of his other specialist variety magic acts
November 2005
Steve was chosen to appear as one of the main performers at the Magic Circle Centennial Awards Banquet 2005.
Subsequently as a result of Steve's stunning performance of his award winning act, he was awarded Associate Membership of the Inner Magic Circle. This honour gives Steve the title, Steve Dela AIMC and confirms his position as one of the world's top magicians.
September 2005
As well as being Steve's birthday he became runner up in the International Brotherhood of Magicians Close-Up Magic Championships, held in Eastbourne.
Steve presented his award winning act entirely to music. The act mixes magic, music and mime and culminates in a fast paced display of the impossible. Things vanish, appear and even change places under impossible conditions.
